1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any damage.
- All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
- A return request must be raised within 2 days of receiving the product.
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
❌ Items not eligible for return:
- Products purchased during sale/clearance.
- Items with custom printing or personalization.
- Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons).
2. Return Process
To request a return:
Once we receive the product and complete quality inspection, we will process your exchange or refund.

Our team will review your request and share the return approval along with the pickup details.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Defective or damaged items
- Wrong product delivered
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size/color is not available, we will issue store credit or a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product passes our quality check. Refund type depends on the payment method:
- Online Payment (UPI / Card / Net Banking): Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refund will be issued as store credit or transferred to the customer’s bank account (details required).
Refunds will not include shipping charges (if any).
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
If the payment was already made, refund will be initiated as per our refund policy.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivered
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
We will prioritize replacement at no extra cost.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
